Indoor: Competed in four regular season meets during indoors...Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:30.91 at the Howie Ryan Invitational...Set a career best in the 5,000-meters at the Charlie Thomas Invitational in 14:56.40...Ran 8:41.32 at the Mark Colligan Memorial to set a new personal best in the 3,000-meter run.
Outdoor: Ran in seven distance events for the Cougars in his final outdoor season on campus…Took second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in his final meet in front of the home fans, running 9:34.29 at the Tom Tellez Invitational…Set a personal-best in the steeple at the LSU Invitational, where he placed fifth in 9:32.35…Finished fourth en route to running a personal best of 9:00.02 in the 3,000-meter run at the Texas Invitational…Ran 15:03.30 in the 5,000-meter at the Victor Lopez Classic to set a personal-best and finish second…Held five top-5 finishes in 2018.

Indoor: Competed in four meets during his first indoor season in Houston...Set a personal best in the 3,000-meters at The American Indoor Championships with a time of 8:46.37...Set his career mark in the 5,000-meters with a time of 14:57.45 at the Charlie Thomas Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran in five meets during the outdoor slate...Finished 12th at The American Outdoor Championships while running the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the first time in 9:51.33...Ran 9:11.39 at the Longhorn Invitational to set an outdoor best in the 3,000-meters... Set his top mark in the 5,000-meters with an 11th place finish in 15:12.41 at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight Invitational...Opened the outdoor season at the Houston Alumni Invitational with a personal-best 4:10.02 in the 1,500-meters.
