GAME DAY INFORMATION
LOST/DESTROYED TICKETS
The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. A fee will be assessed for any lost/stolen tickets with no exceptions. Duplicates will only be issued for the season ticket holder on file when the request is made in writing to the Houston Athletics Ticket Office. All requests for reprinted tickets must be made the week of the game and picked up at Will Call of TDECU Stadium at Gate 1.
The Houston Athletics Ticket Office will not replace tickets purchased on a third party website. Please contact the Athletics Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
CHILDREN/INFANT ADMISSION POLICY
Everyone ages three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter Fertitta Center. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change, so please check

Tickets@UH.edu to your email contact list as this is how we will get provided updated information.
