Indoor: Set a personal best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.24 in the 400-meter dash where he finished 21st...Set his top mark in the 60-meter dash after running 7.28 at the Leonard Hilton Invitational...Made his collegiate debut in the 4x400-meter relay at the Reveille Invitational.
Outdoor: Was a member of Houston’s 4x400-meter relay squad that claimed the American Athletic Conference Championship in 3:10.17…Finished ninth individually at The American Championships in the 400-meter dash with a personal-best 48.49…Helped the Cougars’ 4x400-meter relay squad qualify for the Penn Relays finals with a first-round time of 3:08.62.
HIGH SCHOOL
Won the 400-meter state championship during his senior season while competing for the Wolverines of Westlake High School...Named the 2016-17 Conference Athlete of the Year and the 2015-16 Track MVP at Westlake...Also competed in football in high school.
