Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for Houston during 2017-18…Set a personal best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, when he ran 9:34.68 to finish third at the Tom Tellez Invitational…Posted three top-5 finishes in the steeplechase throughout the season, including a fourth-place finish at the Houston Alumni Invitational in 9:46.72.
2016-17 (Senior)
Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Cougars during the indoor slate...Ran an indoor best in the 5,000-meter run with a mark of 15:26.56 at the Reveille Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed unattached during the outdoor season.
2015-16 (Junior)
Indoor: Ran the mile in 4:20.31 to finish ninth at the 2016 Howie Ryan Invitational...Competed in three meets for the Cougars, running in the mile twice and the 3,000m.
Outdoor: Continued a trend of personal bests when he ran the 3000m steeplechase in 9:39.36 at the Twilight Invitational...Shaved almost a full minute off his previous best in the 3000m in the Baylor Invitational with a 8:49.21...Set a new personal best in the 3000-meter steeplechase in 9:43.18...Clocked a 4:07.79 in the 1,5000m at the UTSA Invitational to finish eighth.
2014-15 (Sophomore)
Indoor:Made his 2015 debut in the mile run at the Houston Indoor Opener where he ran a 4:32.73.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Houston during the outdoor season running the 1500m and 3000m steeplechase...Set a new personal best in the steeple at the Longhorn Invitational with a ninth place finish in 9:48.46...Ran a 4:12.87 at the Bobcat Invitational to set a new personal best in the 1500m.
2013-14 (Freshman)
Indoor: Competed in the mile, 3000-meter and 5000-meter at four meets for the Cougars this season. Ran a collegiate best in the 5000m with 15:57.81 at the Texas A&M Aggie Invitational to place 14th... Finished third in the 3000m (9:21.09) during the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Cougars... Finished 10th at the inaugural American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase.
