HOUSTON – The Houston Cougar Women's Basketball team opens a 2-game road trip with a weekday contest at Florida Gulf Coast on Wednesday. Tipoff in Fort Myers, Fla., is scheduled for 4 p.m. CT.

American Honor – After averaging 20.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 7.5 steals per game a week ago, Jasmyne Harris was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll.
Sunshine State – Wednesday's contest marks the first of three games for the Cougars in the Sunshine State this season. Houston also makes road trips to Tampa (USF) and Orlando (UCF) in conference play.
