Women’s Basketball Announces July Camps and Clinics

HOUSTON – The University of Houston Women's Basketball team announced on Wednesday a skills academy day camp and two additional stops on its Watch Us Community Tour.

WATCH US COMMUNITY TOUR
The Cougars will head to Summer Creek High School on Tuesday, July 28, from 6-8 p.m., and will return to Fertitta Center on Wednesday, July 29, from 6-8 p.m.

The two-hour clinic is $25 and open to boys and girls entering Kindergarten through 8^th grade for the 2026-27 school year. Fans can register by clicking here.

The clinic is designed for players of all skill levels and will focus on fundamental basketball skills, including ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork and game fundamentals. Campers will receive instruction from players and staff while learning techniques to help improve their game.

Following the clinic, participants will have the opportunity to take photos and collect autographs from players and coaches.

COOGS SKILLS ACADEMY
Houston will close out July by hosting the Coogs Skills Academy Day camp on Thursday, July 31,, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., inside Fertitta Center. The skills academy is $75 per camper and is open to girls entering 7^th-12^th grade for the 2026-27 academic year.

This one-day camp offers a unique opportunity to experience what it's like to train in a Division I basketball program. Participants will receive high-level instruction through skill development sessions, competitive drills, live play and position-specific teaching while learning the culture and standards that define Houston Women's Basketball.

Season tickets and renewals for the 2026-27 Houston Women's Basketball campaign are on sale now. To purchase, click here or contact the University of Houston Ticket Office during regular business office hours at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647).

Seating inside the Fertitta Center for all Houston Women's Basketball games will be reserved starting at $100. The ticket renewal deadline for returning season ticket holders is Friday, July 31.

Season ticket holders can also add a season-long parking pass inside the Stadium Garage for $75.

Fans who opt for floor, loge and club seats will have access to amenities in the Sideline Club such as complimentary popcorn and soft drinks. A concession stand and cash bar will also be located for fans in the Sideline Club.
