Hamilton led the Cougars with a 72.03 scoring average and finished second with among the Cougars with 18 rounds of par or better. He also became the first player in school history to shoot three straight rounds in the 60s during an NCAA Regional.
Hamilton enjoyed three top-5 finishes in 2014-15 and earned the first individual title of his career with a score of 9-under-par 207 at the Border Olympics on March 13-14.
This was the second straight season that Houston student-athletes were honored as All-Americans. In 2014, Roman Robledo was named to the PING All-America Second Team, while James Ross was named an Honorable Mention.
