Finished 21st in shot put at the Houston Invitational with a throw of 35.50 (10.68m) ... Finished sixth in the shot put at the FasTrak Collegiate Open with a throw of 35-3.25 (10.75m)... posted a collegiate best mark of 37-8.5 (11.49m) at shot put at the Howie Ryan Invitational.
Outdoor: Turned in a tenth-place finish at the Houston Spring Break Invitational in the shot put... finished 37th in the shot put at the Victor Lopez Classic.
