INDOOR
Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 800m at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational... ran a lifetime best at the Charlie Thomas Invitational in the 800m.
AT KANSAS
Opened his career with a fifth-place finish in the 600-yard run at the Jayhawk Classic (1/25-26) with a time of 1:14.64...was a member of the fourth-place 4×400-meter relay team that clocked in at 3:21.46... Member of the 4×400-meter relay team that placed third at the Oral Roberts Invitational (3/31) with a time of 3:18.88 … Qualified for the final of the open 400-meter hurdles at the Kansas Relays (4/18-21) with a personal-best time of 54.83 seconds, then recorded a new best in the final with a time of 54.80 seconds to finish fourth overall … Ran a career-fastest 54.54 seconds in the 400 hurdles at the Nation Relay Championships (4/27-28) … Finished second the 400 hurdles at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/5) with a new personal-best time of 54.09 seconds … Clocked a PR time of 53.67 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles in the preliminary round of the Big 12 Championship (5/11-13), placing 13th overall... Son of David Patrick and Sandra Farmer-Patrick … Has one older sister, Sierra … Father, David, competed in the 400-meter hurdles at the 1992 Summer Olympics for the United State team and won two NCAA Individual titles (indoor 800-yard run, outdoor 400-meter hurdles) at Tennessee … Mother, Sandra, is a three-time Olympian (1984, 1992, 1996) and won a silver medal in the 400-meter hurdles at the 1992 Olympic Games … Sister, Sierra, played volleyball and ran track at the University of Texas … Plans to major in electrical engineering … Aspires to own his own business after college.
