2017-18 (Senior)
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season...Set a personal best in the 800-meter run at the Charlie Thomas Invitational with at time of 2:00.14...Helped the Cougars to a third place finish in the distance medley relay at 10:38.08 at the Houston Invitational...Finished fifth in the rare 600-meter run at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 1:25.44.
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets during his senior campaign, primarily running the 400-meter hurdles…Set a personal best in the 400 hurdles in 53.53 to finish second at the Victor Lopez Classic…Tallied five top-10 finishes In the 400 hurdles in 2018, including second place finishes at the Victor Lopez Classic and Cougar Spring Break Invitational.
2016-17 (Junior)
Indoor:Competed in four meets for Houston during the indoor slate...Set a personal best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 40.39 at the Charlie Thomas Invitational on Feb. 4.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season due to an injury.
2015-16 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Competed in two meets for the Cougars as a member of the 4x400m relay squad...Helped the 4x4 squad to a first place finish in 3:23.84 at the Leonard HIlton Memorial Invitational.
2014-15 (Freshman)
Indoor: Ran in four meets for Houston in the indoor season...Ran an indoor personal best in the 400m with a 50.55 at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships...Set a new personal best in the 800m run at the Howie Ryan Invitational with a time of 2:00.95...Ran the 800m at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational in 2:03.79 in his season debut.
Outdoor: Competed in the 400m hurdles in sevent meets for Houston during the Outdoor season...Finished seventh at the TSU Relays in 54.63 to begin the season...Had a season best mark of 54.33 to finish ninth at the Rice Victor Lopez Classic...Ran the 400m hurdles in 55.05 at the 88th Annual Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.
2013-14 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Joined the Cougars midseason after spending the fall semester at a community college... Competed in six meets for the Cougars... Scored points for the men's team at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after finishing 7th in the 400m hurdles... Ran a season best time of 54.17 during the prelims of the conference championships.

Ran hurdles for C.E. Ellison High School in Killeen, Texas, and A Running Start Track Club... Placed second at the District 12-5A meet... USA and AAU national qualifier... Ranked No. 1 in Texas last year... Also a member of the football and baseball teams.
