For the past two seasons Ligons has served as the Associate Director of Basketball Operations where she handled various duties such as recruiting travel, budgeting and alumni relations.
Ligons has been a member of the Houston Athletics Department since 2014 when she worked as a Ticket Office Representative before moving into her role as a student manager for the 2015-16 basketball season.
A native of Cleveland, Texas, Ligons is a University of Houston graduate, earning her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology in 2016 and Masters of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration in 2018. She is currently working towards her Masters of Arts in Sports Ministry and is set to obtain her degree from Sterling College in May of 2020.
