2015-16 (Senior)
Indoor: Competed in four meets during his senior indoor campaign...Was a member of the DMR squad that finished fourth at The American Conference Championships when they clocked 10:06.69...Set a personal record in the mile with a 4:18.33 at the UW Open...Opened the season with a personal best in the 3000m at the Rod McCravy Memorial Invitational where he ran 8:23.20.
Outdoor: Ran 15:02.80 in the 5000m at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight Invitational to set a lifetime best...Began the outdoor slate with a personal best 3:57.25 in the 1,500-meters at the Rice Victor Lopez Classic.
2014-15 (Junior)
Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Cougars this season...Set a new personal record of 8:33.90 in the 3000m run at the Tyson Invitational...Had a third place finish in the mile run at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational with a time of 4:21.04
Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the Outdoor season primarily as Houston's top 3000m steeplechase runner...Set a new personal record in the steeple with a 9:13.32 at the 2015 Penn Relays....Finished eighth at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships in the steeple with a 9:28.61.
2013-14 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Ran an indoor personal best of 4:19.47 in the men's mile at the Houston Tune Up meet to finish on top of the competition at home... Finished 20th in the men's 3000m run with a time of 8:47.96 at the first American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Cougars... Cut his personal best in the 3000m steeplechase but 30 seconds (9:31.11) during the inaugural American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships finishing in eighth place.
2012-13 (Freshman)
Indoor: Ran a season best of 8:54.77 in the men's 3000-meter run at the Texas A&M Invitational to take home an 11th-place finish... Ran a 4:29.28 to finish 12th at the Howie Ryan Invitational and Multi's... Competed in the 5000-meter run at the Conference USA Indoor Invitational, where he ran a 15:42.05 to place 15th.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Cougars... Placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase during the Texas State Bobcat Classic (10:03.96)... Ran a collegiate best of 10:01.51 at the C-USA championships.
High School
Ran for the Statford Spartans... Set the two mile record... District Champion in 3200m... District Runner-up for cross country... Was on the Honor Roll... Also participated in band and debate.
