THE GAME

- TK Pitts was the leading scorer for Houston with 16 points.
- The Cougars were leading 53-49 with 6:38 remaining in the fourth quarter before Amirah Abdur-Rahim, TK Pitts, Briana Peguero and Jenessa Cotton were ejected due to an altercation while Kyndall Hunter was ejected for leaving the bench.
- Despite a late push in the second half, Houston's comeback bid fell short, falling 71-61 against rv/- Utah inside the Fertitta Center on Saturday afternoon.
