Beach Bash Set for July 22

HOUSTON -- The University of Houston Volleyball program will host the third annual Cougar Beach Bash on Saturday, July 22, at R.A. Apffel East Beach Park in Galveston, Texas.
"The Cougar Beach Bash is a fun event that grows every year," Head Coach Kaddie Platt said. "This is our third year hosting the event, and it is such a great time. We would love to have all our families and friends out to make this year the best event yet."
The sand volleyball tournament, which benefits Houston Volleyball, is $25 per person or $50 per team. The check-in for the event will be at 8:30 a.m. with a player meeting at 8:45 a.m. First serve will take place at 9 a.m.

The bash will feature 11 divisions -- Men's 2's (AA, A), Women's 2's (AA, A), Coed 2's (A, BB), Co-Ed Recreational 4's (2 Guys/2 Gals) and Junior 2's (18U, 16U 14U, 12U).
Every participant will receive a t-shirt and have a chance to enter raffles.
SHASTA PASS
The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is once again proud to offer the Shasta Pass for the 2017-18 athletic season. For just $80, Cougar fans can purchase one Shasta Pass, which allows season-long general admission entrance to all Houston Volleyball, Soccer, Women's Basketball and Softball home games.
The Shasta Pass offers Houston fans a substantial saving as single-game tickets start at $5 for all four sports. To purchase a Shasta Pass, call 713-GO-COOGS.
