Houston, Texas - Soccer Game Cancelled September 11, 2001 For Immediate Release
The Houston soccer match originally scheduled for Sept. 11 versus Southeastern Louisiana has been completely cancelled in lieu of the National Disaster that has occurred and the question of safe transportation. The match has been postponed indefinitely and no make-up date has been mentioned at the current time.
Cougar soccer will return to action this weekend at Robertson Stadium. They look to earn their first home wins versus Southwest Texas on Friday Sept. 14 at 7:00pm and versus UTEP on Sunday Sept. 16 at 1:00pm. Come and Join us then!
