Soccer Announces Spring Schedule

Cougars face eight opponents, four at the Carl Lewis International Complex
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Soccer team and Head Coach Ben Williams announced its spring schedule on Monday featuring home matches against Rice and Texas A&M.
The Cougars will face eight opponents during the season with four matches at home, adn two each on the road and at at neutral site.
Houston opens the spring hosting its inaugural Alumni Game at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 28, before welcoming Blinn College and Sam Houston on March 28. The Cougars host Rice on April 2 and Texas A&M on April 11 to wrap up the spring homestand.
The Cougars travel to face Texas State and Texas Tech in San Marcos, Texas on April 18 before closing the spring season with a doubleheader against LSU and Louisiana in Lafayette, La., on April 25.
Houston returns 12 players that saw action in 2025, including 11 players who scored a goal. The Cougars welcome back three players who redshirted due to injury as well as seven transfers and three freshmen who join the squad ahead of the spring season.
