SENIOR (2019-20)
Posted a pair of podium finishes at The American Championships... finished second in the 200 Breaststroke with a season best 2:10.94... finished third in the 100 Breaststroke at a lifetime best 1:00.52.
JUNIOR (2018-19)
Qualified for a pair of finals at The American Championships, finishing fourth in the 100-yard Breaststroke (1:01.30) and fifth in the 200-yard Breaststroke (2:13.19)... posted a collegiate best and NCAA B-Cut time of 1:00.71 in the 100 Breast at the Phill Hansel Invitational.
SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Posted four personal-best this season, inlcuding one at the 2018 American Athletic Conference Championships when Mavrantza finished second-overall in the 200 Breaststroke at 2:11.91...bested her own program-best time in the 200 IM at the Texas A&M Last Chance Meet with a time of 2:10.46... Earned All-Conference Honors in the 100 Breaststroke and 200 Breaststroke.
At Washington State: Finished with seven individual wins, good for second-most victories on the team…at the Pac-12 Championships, finished with the second-fastest time in school history in the 100 breast at 1:01.87, an NCAA ‘B’ Standard Time…also at the Pac-12 Championships, finished with the fourth-best time in program history in the 200 breast, with a time of 2:14.09, an NCAA ‘B’ Standard Time…earned a season-best in the 400 IM at 4:28.18.
High School/Club: A member of the Greek National Team since 2011…won all national age group championships competing in the 50, 100 and 200 meter breaststroke…placed second in 50 and 100 meter breaststroke notching personal best times at the World School Championships…finished first in the 100 and 200 meter breaststroke in Greece…placed second in the 50 meter breaststroke in Greece…finished first and second in all events competing with the Greek National Team at the Balkan Championships…in 2014, placed 10th in the 100 meter breaststroke, 13th in the 50 meter breaststroke and 16th in the 200 meter breaststroke at the European Championship…swam at the EYOF at Trabzon in 2011…also competed with the Olympiacos Swimming Team under coach John Xeinis… born in Athens, Greece…parents, Helen and Anastasios…sisters, Viky, Constantina and Christina
