Indoor: Finished fifth in Pole Vault at the Reveille Invitational with a height of 11-2.50 (3.42) ... posted a fourth-place finish in the pole vault at the Leonard Hilton Invitational.
Outdoor: Took third-place in the pole vault at the Houston Alumni Invitational after clearing 11-1.75 (3.40m)... posted back-to-back 10th-place finishes in the pole vault at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight Meet and Texas A&M Alumni Muster... notched a fifth-place finish in the pole vault at the Tom Tellez Invitational.
2017-18 (Freshman)
Indoor: Competed in the pole vault in seven meets during her first season on campus…Finished seventh in the vault at the Houston Invitational, when she cleared the bar at 10-8.0 (3.25)…Set her personal best in the vault with a clearance of 10-10.75 (3.32m) to finish fourth at the Reveille Invitational.
Outdoor: Vaulted in eight meets for Houston during the outdoor season…Went up-and-over the bar at 11-7.75 (3.55m) to finish second at the Tom Tellez Invitational and set a personal record…Placed fourth in the vault in front of the home fans at the Houston Alumni Invitational, where she cleared at 11-1.75 (3.40m)…Finished the season with four top-10s.
HIGH SCHOOL
Set the Hebron school record in the pole vault when she jumped 12-0...Also competed in the 100- and 300-meter hurdles for Hebron...Helped lead the team to a second-place finish at the district championship meet.
PERSONAL
Daugther of Cyndi and Greg Winterkamp...Has one older brother, Grayson...Enjoys singning...Competed as a gymnast for 12 years and won two state championships with her club team before her cousins convinced her to try track & field...Volunteers at Metrocrest Services.
