INDOOR
Opened the season with a first-place finish in the Shot Put at the Texas A&M Reveille Invitational... post a trio of second-place finishes in the shot put at the Leonard Hilton Invitational, Red Raider Invitational and Houston G5 & Super 22 Invitational....the second-place finish at the Houston G5 & Super 22 Invitational included a lifetime best in the event.... won the shot put at the Charlie Thomas Invitational...closed out the season with a first-place finish in the shot put at the LSU Twilight and a conference title in the event at The American Championships.
RS SENIOR (2018-19)
INDOOR
Competed in four meets unattached... posted a second-place finish in the shot put at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational... earned a first-place finish in the shot put and sixth-place finish in the 60-meter at the FasTrak Invitational... placed first in the shot put at the Houston Invitational... Earned a first-place finish in the shot put at the Howie Ryan Invitational.
OUTDOOR
Competed in three meets unattached... opened season with a first-place finish in the shot put and fourth-place finish in the discus throw at the Houston Spring Break Invitational... wont the discus throw at the Houston Alumni Invitational... earned a pair of top finishes in the shot put and discus throw at the Tom Tellez Invitational.
JUNIOR (2017-18)
INDOOR
Competed in seven meets during the indoor season…Posted the third-best throw in school history en route to a second-place finish in the shot put at the Howie Ryan Invitational with a mark of 50-6.25 (15.40m)…Opened the 2017-18 season with six-straight weeks of top-5 finishes in the shot put, giving her top-5s in all but one meet she competed in.
OUTDOOR
Qualified for the NCAA West Regional, where she just missed a trip to nationals with a 13th-place finish in the shot put at 52-8.75 (16.07m)…Also qualified for the regional in the discus, where she finished 22nd at 167-3 (50.97m)…Scored eight points for Houston’s American Championship team with a pair of fifth-place finishes in the shot put (50-10.75; 15.51m) and discus (165-11; 50.57m)…Set her personal-best in the shot put and tallied the second-best throw in school history with a mark of 52-11.5 (16.14m) to finish fifth at the LSU Invitational, while winning the discus at a mark of 168-2 (51.26m)…Launched the second-farthest throw in school history in the discus with a mark of 171-6 (52.26m) at the Mt. SAC Relays…Won the shot put at the Houston Alumni Invitational with a mark of 49-7.75 (15.13m)…Won each of her divisions of the shot put and discus at the Texas Relays with marks of 50-0.75 (15.26m) and 170-4 (51.91m), respectively…Posted four wins and four runner-up finishes in 2018.
SOPHOMORE (2016-17)
INDOOR
Competed in seven meets during indoor...Finished 11th in the shot put at The American Indoor Championships with a mark of 14.01m (45-11.75)...Set a personal record with a throw of 14.16m (46-5.5) in the shot put at the Houston Invitational.
OUTDOOR
Finished sixth in the discus and picked up three points for the Cougars at The American Outdoor Championships with a top mark of 46.41m (152-3)...Broke the 50-meter mark for the first time after throwing the discus 50.10m (164-4) to set a personal record and finish fifth at the Penn Relays...Opened the outdoor slate with a outdoor personal-best 13.43m (44-0.75) in the shot put at the Cougar Spring Break Invitational.
FRESHMAN (2015-16)
INDOOR
Competed in six meets during the indoor season...Finished 12th at the Howie Ryan Invitational in the shot put at 12.75m...Had a personal best throw of 13.85m in the shot to finish second at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational...Threw 10.50m in the shot put to finish ninth, while also throwing 12.66m in the weight throw to finish 11th after opening her career at the Texas A&M Reveille Invitational
OUTDOOR
Set a new personal best in the discus at the Baylor Invitational where she thre 48.60m (159-5)...Won the discus in her first competition at the UTSA Invitational when she marked 46.10m.
HIGH SCHOOL
Competed for Lary Howel and the Sharyland Diamondbacks in her high school tenure...Personal bests in the discus of 150'2" and shot put of 45'4" during her senior season...Was District, Area, Regional and State Champion in her senior season...Also competed for the Edinburg TAAF Track & Field Club.
