- Is the only player in school history to post 30+ stolen base seasons in consecutive years.
- Ranks as one of the school's finest all-time base stealers after only two full seasons.
- Was one of only three players to start all 65 games in 2002 during the Cougars' run to the NCAA Super Regional at Austin championship game.
- Made 112 consecutive starts dating back to his freshman season in 2001 before sitting out two games due to a serious illness at the Battle at the Beach in Malibu, Calif., on Feb. 8-9, 2003.
- Swiped a personal best four stolen bases in single games against C-USA rivals South Florida and Tulane during the 2002 season.
- Was a 19th-round selection by the Houston Astros out of Nimitz High during the 2000 amateur draft.
