Men’s Golfers to Compete at UHV Claud Jacobs Invitational

VICTORIA, Texas – Four University of Houston Men's Golfers will compete as individuals at the UHV Claud Jacobs Invitational, beginning Monday morning at Victoria Country Club in a recent addition to the Cougars' spring schedule.
Sophomore Grant Doggett, freshman Hsuan-Yi Chen, junior Bryant Hiskey II and junior Ruben Lindsay will play 36 holes Monday with the Final Round set for Tuesday.

ABOUT the COUGARS
Doggett posted a season-best 12th-place finish with a score of 216 at the Bentwater Intercollegiate on Feb. 10-11 with Hiskey joining him among the Top-15 leaders at that tournament.
Chen made his collegiate debut at the Bentwater Intercollegiate while Lindsay will compete in his fourth tournament of the season.
TEAM FIELD
The Cougars will compete against student-athletes from Ave Maria, Texas Wesleyan, Texas A&M-San Antonio, Louisiana Christian, Jacksonville College, Our Lady of the Lake, Houston-Victoria, Evangel and Blinn College.
