HOUSTON – The University of Houston Volleyball program signed Julianna Dalton, a transfer from Pittsburgh, the team announced on Thursday.

Â
A full six-rotation player in 2022, she tallied 234 kills, fourth most on Pitt, while adding 186 digs and 57 total blocks. She also recorded a .339 kill percentage in her sophomore season, assisting the team as they won the Atlantic Coast Conference and posted 31 wins, the program's most victories in a single season since 1990.Â
Â
Overall, Dalton recorded 258 kills in 138 sets and 47 matches for the Panthers while also compiling 199 digs and 68 blocks.Â
Â
Prior to her arrival at Pitt, Dalton was a Pac-12 All-Freshman Team selection at Washington State in 2020. She earned 151 kills in her freshman season, second most on the team, while appearing in all 16 matches for Washington State including an NCAA Tournament appearance.Â
