Kick Time, Network Set for Blue Out Game vs. Baylor

Cougars, Bears to clash at 6 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 23, on FS1
HOUSTON – University of Houston Football's inaugural Blue Out Game against in-state Big 12 Conference rival Baylor, set for Saturday, Nov. 23, inside TDECU Stadium, will kick off at 6 p.m. and air on FS1, the league office announced Sunday.
The matchup will be the 30th all-time between the Cougars and Bears. It will be the first on Houston's campus (three prior matchups at Rice Stadium and 10 inside the Astrodome) and first in the City of Houston since Oct. 14, 1995, inside the Astrodome. Prior to kickoff against Baylor, Houston will honor its senior student-athletes and recognize senior student support staff members.
On Nov. 1, Houston Athletics, in paying homage to the City of Houston, adopted "Houston Blue" into its uniform selections with teams to wear commemorative uniforms on a select occasion against an in-state rival. The first 20,000 fans in attendance vs. Baylor will receive a commemorative blue rally towel.
