Six-Day Window Exercised for Utah Matchup

Homecoming kick time, network to be determined following Oct. 19 contests
HOUSTON – The Big 12 Conference has announced that ESPN and FOX will use a six-day window to determine the kickoff time and network for University of Houston Football's Saturday, Oct. 26, Homecoming matchup against Utah inside TDECU Stadium.
The game time and television network, for the Utah game and other Big 12 matchups, will be announced after the games on Oct. 19. An announcement is expected no later than Sunday (Oct. 20) afternoon.
The matchup will be the fifth all-time against Utah and first since Sept. 23, 1978. The Cougars have won all four prior meetings. Houston is 39-34-5 all-time on Homecoming including a 13-7 mark in its last 20 tilts (2004-present).

Houston closes its two-game road swing at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, against Kansas from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. The matchup will be broadcast on ESPN+ and can be heard on KPRC 950 AM.
The meeting is the fifth in the history of the programs and first as co-Big 12 Conference members. Houston heads into the matchup with the opportunity to pick up a second league win after knocking off TCU, 30-19, in Fort Worth, Texas.
