Cougars pick up three doubles wins over LIU, FDU
PHILADELPHIA – The University of Houston Tennis program wrapped up action at the Penn Invitational competing against Penn, LIU and FDU at the Hamlin/Hecht Tennis Center Saturday afternoon in Philadelphia, Pa.
The Cougars started off the day with doubles against LIU and FIU, picking up three wins. Houston wrapped up the day in singles action against Penn and FDU with junior Blanca Cortijo Parreno, sophomore Elena Trencheva and freshman Gabriela Cortes all picking up wins.
