Men’s Basketball to Face Cincinnati on March 1 in Fertitta Center

HOUSTON – In an update to its 2021-22 schedule, the University of Houston Men's Basketball program will meet American Athletic Conference rival Cincinnati on Tuesday, March 1, inside the Fertitta Center, the American Athletic Conference announced Thursday.
The game was originally scheduled to be played on Dec. 28 but was postponed due to health and safety protocols within the Cougar program.
Tipoff time and broadcasting network will be announced when it is finalized.
With this addition to the schedule, the Cougars will play three straight home games (vs. SMU, Feb. 27; vs. Cincinnati, March 1; vs. Temple, March 3) before a March 6 road showdown at Memphis over the final eight days of the regular season.
UP NEXT
• The Cougars continue their homestand at 5 p.m., Saturday, vs. East Carolina inside the Fertitta Center. That game will be shown on ESPN2.
• From there, the Cougars close out the month of January when they face UCF at 7 p.m. (CST) in Orlando on Jan. 29. That game will air on ESPN2.
• Houston opens the month of February when it plays host to Tulane at 7 p.m., Feb. 2, inside the Fertitta Center. That game will air on ESPN+.
• All Houston Men's Basketball games can be heard on 950 AM KPRC.
