Houston Primed for Action at the NCAA Championships

Cougars head to Greensboro for Championships
HOUSTON –  The University of Houston Swimming & Diving program will be represented by Mykenzie Leehy, Ioanna Sacha and Chase Farris at the 2021 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships that begin tomorrow and run through March 20. The Championships are set to be held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.

Live championship coverage will air on ESPN3 for preliminary and finals sessions Wednesday through Saturday. ESPNU will air a two-hour show at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, April 6. Live results can be found by clicking HERE. Prelims are set to begin at 9 a.m. each day, followed by finals at 5 p.m.

Leehy will compete in three events: the 50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle and 200 Freestyle.
Â
Sacha is set to compete in a trio of events as well when she hits the pool in the 100 backstroke, 200 Backstroke and 200 Individual Medley.
Â
Farris qualified for the NCAA Championships this last weekend in the Platform.
