Divers Set to Compete at Zone Diving Championships

Cougar trio to compete at the University of Kentucky
HOUSTON –  A trio University of Houston divers are set to compete at the 2021 NCAA Zone D Championships, March 11-13 at the Lancaster Aquatic Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

Meet action is set to begin on March 11 at 10:30 a.m. The meet will be streamed HERE and results can be accessed by clicking HERE.

Katie Deininger, Chase Farris and Hedda Grelz will represent the Cougars the Zone D Championships, The Cougars lead The American with three qualifiers, followed by SMU with one. Each of the Cougar divers will compete in the 1-Meter, as Deininger and Farris make their second appearance and Grelz makers her first at the event.

Divers will compete with hopes of qualifying for the 2021 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships. The top-10 finishers in the 1-meter, the top-13 finishers in the 3-meter and the top-9 finishers in the Platform will advance to the NCAA Championships,
