Houston Unveils Conference Schedule

Cougars set to host 10 conference games inside Fertitta Center
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Women's Basketball program and the American Athletic Conference announced the conference schedule for the 2020-21 season on Friday afternoon.
The 20-game double round-robin schedule features 10 games inside the Fertitta Center.
The Cougars open conference play on Dec. 16 when they host Cincinnati inside the Fertitta Center. Houston sets out for a two-game road swing when it faces USF on Dec. 19 at the Yuengling Center and Memphis on Dec. 22 at Roane Fieldhouse. UH closes out 2020 inside the friendly confines of the Fertitta Center when it hosts Wichita State on Dec. 30.
Houston will be back on the road to open the New Year when it travels to UCF on Jan. 3, before heading home to face Tulane on Jan. 6. On Jan. 9, Houston will hit I-45 for its first of two meetings with SMU, returning home on Jan. 13 to play Tulsa. The Cougars are set to face ECU on the road Jan. 16, before a two-game homestand with contests against Temple on Jan. 20 and UCF on Jan. 23. The squad travels to Tulane on Jan. 27 before concluding the month with a home game inside the Fertitta Center against SMUon Jan. 30.
UH opens February with a pair of road games at Tulsa on Feb. 3 and Temple on Feb. 10. Memphis and ECU will make trips to Houston on Feb. 13 and Feb. 17. The Cougars are set to conclude the regular-season series against Cincinnati and Wichita State on Feb. 20 and Feb. 24, respectively. Houston will host USF for Senior Day on Feb. 27.

The Cougars open the 2020-21 season on Nov. 25 against Oklahoma. Tip-off is set for 12 p.m. and the game can be seen on Fox Sports Southwest.
