Cougars begin 11-game homestand
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Softball team returns to Cougar Softball Stadium to host the Houston Challenge from Feb. 22-24. The three-day tournament will see the Cougars matchup with Incarnate Word, Northern Illinois and Kennesaw State.
Â
With this being the third weekend of the 2019 season, Houston will look to continue its recent success on the third weekend. In 2018, the third weekend of Houston's season saw the Cougars post a perfect 4-0 mark at the Houston Hilton Plaza Classic.
Â
The Cougars hold a combined all-time record of 3-2 against Incarnate Word and Northern Illinois. This will be the first time in program history Houston and Kennesaw State meet each other.
