Houston Set for Weekend Conference Contests

Cougars return to the Carl Lewis Complex for final home matches
HOUSTON – The Cougars will wrap home conference play when they return to the Carl Lewis Complex to first take on ECU on Thursday on 7 p.m. CT , before facing Cincinnati on Sunday at 1 p.m. CT.
SCOUTING THE PIRATES
- ECU is entering its second season under Head Coach Jason Hamilton.
- The Pirates closed out their 2018 slate with a 10-6-3 overall record, including a 5-4–0 fourth place finish in American Athletic Conference play.
- ECU returns 19 members, including nine starters, of the 2018-19 team and welcomes nine newcomers this season.
SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
- Cincinnati is entering its sixth season under Head Coach Neil Stafford.
- The Bearcats finished out their 2018 season with a 6-9-3 overall record, including a 1-6-2 finish in American Athletic Conference play.
- Cincinnati returns 24 members of the 2018-19 squad and welcomes nine newcomers this season.
