2018 Houston Football Camps Announced

HOUSTON -- Aspiring champions will have the opportunity to learn from the best as the Houston Football program is now accepting registrations for its 2018 Houston Football Camps. The program will offer campers the opportunity to receive instruction from the Houston coaching staff at eight camps throughout the summer, one in May and seven in June.
The program will hold three mini camps (May 27, June 3 & June 9), two youth camps (June 4-6 & June 7-9), one specialist camp (June 6), one lineman camp (June 10) and one quarterback/wide receiver academy (June 11) on the Houston campus.
In addition to the eight camps, the program will also host a Coaches Clinic on March 23 where high school coaches will have the ability to join the Houston Football staff and guest speakers including Minnesota Vikings quarterback Case Keenum and Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Wade Phillips for an afternoon of instruction and fellowship.

All three mini camps (Sunday, May 27, Sunday, June 3 and Saturday, June 9) will be held on the University of Houston campus and cost just $30 for pre-registration and $40 for walk-up registration for campers entering ninth through 12th grade and any junior college students in 2018. On-site registration will open at 4 p.m. with each camp running from 5 to 8 p.m. at TDECU Stadium.
UH will welcome its youngest campers to the Athletics/Alumni Center (3204 Cullen Blvd., Houston, TX 77204) June 4-6 and June 7-9 as it hosts its youth camps for campers entering second through eighth grade in 2018. The three-day camps kick off the first day at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. start time on the second and third days. They continue to 4 p.m. on the first and second days, and 12 p.m. on the third day. The cost of the camps is $225 for pre-registration and $250 for walk-up registration and includes lunch and snacks each day. On-site registration begins at 8 a.m. on Monday, June 4, and Thursday, June 7.
A specialists camp for kickers, punters, snappers and holders for those entering ninth through 12 grade and junior college students in 2018 will be held on campus Wednesday, June 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Held at the TDECU Stadium, the one-day event costs $150 for pre-registration and $160 for walk-up registration with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.
A lineman camp for offensive and defensive linemen entering ninth through 12th grade and junior college students in 2018 will be held on the UH campus on Sunday, June 10. Registration for the camp starts at 12 p.m. with the camp running from 1 to 6 p.m. Pre-registration is $50 with walk-up registration set at $60.
The Houston quarterback/wide receiver academy will be held on the Houston campus on Monday, June 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for campers entering ninth through 12th grade and junior college students in 2018. Pre-registration is $50 with walk-up registration priced at $60 with on-site registration starting at 9 a.m.
