HOUSTON – The University of Houston Men's Basketball program looks to move to 5-0 when it takes on UT Rio Grande Valley at 7 p.m., Wednesday, inside H&PE Arena in a game presented by Maintenance Supply Headquarters.
The Cougars enter this week's game on the heels of a 76-62 win at BYU in the championship game of the Men Against Breast Cancer Cougar Cup on Saturday in their first road contest of the season. Redshirt freshman forward Cedrick Alley Jr. posted career highs with 19 points and six assists and added six rebounds.
Senior guard and 2018 Preseason All-American Athletic Conference selection Corey Davis Jr. added his own career high with 24 points and was named the Men Against Breast Cancer Cougar Cup Most Outstanding Player.
