Becomes the third signing of 2019 class
HOUSTON – With the departure of a trio of players at the end of the 2018 campaign, University of Houston Volleyball head coach Kaddie Platt has signed Abbie Jackson to a National Letter of Intent for the 2019 season.
"I'm really excited about the 2019 class," Platt said. "They are talented, physical and have played high-level volleyball. In this class, we have speed, athleticism, great volleyball IQ and competitiveness. Above all, they are hard-working, competitive and people of great character. I am excited about our future."
One of Platt's goals with this signing class was to get physical, high-level volleyball players to help compete in the competitive American Athletic Conference. Below is a breakdown of the Cougar signee as well as an in-depth look at to what Platt believes Jackson will bring to the table.
