The first broadcast from the Strength and Conditioning Center allows viewers to see the participants take part in measurements, broad jump, vertical jump and bench press. The second broadcast picks up after participants and NFL scouts moved to TDECU Stadium for the 40-yard dash and other running events.
Cornerback Brandon Wilson put together a strong performance with marks in the bench press (24 reps) and vertical jump (41 inches) that would have led all cornerbacks at the NFL Combine. His broad jump of 11-1 would have ranked second in his position group at the NFL Combine and his 40-yard dash (4.36) would have ranked third.
Other performances that would have ranked in the top three at the NFL Combine included McCloskey's 25 reps on the bench press that would have led all tight ends and Malveaux's 37 1/2" vertical jump that would have ranked third among defensive linemen.
Singleton led all comers with 26 reps on the bench press while Ward led the way in the pro agility and 3-cone drills with times of 4.29 and 6.96. Howard Wilson led Monday's group in the 60-yard shuttle with a time of 11.38.
