HOUSTON - The #HTownTakeover continues to make its mark as Houston head coach Tom Herman will travel to Chicago on Thursday to take part in the NFL Network's coverage of the 2016 NFL Draft. The NFL Network will use Herman to give his analysis and reaction on NFL Draft selections including Houston's William Jackson III, widely expected to be Houston's 13th First Round draft pick.
Herman will appear on NFL HQ starting Thursday with hosts Cole Wright and Erin Coscarelli and analysts David Carr and Elliott Harrison live in Chicago. In addition, Herman will also provide analysis on NFL.com's Digital Show, NFL Now Live at the Draft.
Between appearances on the NFL HQ set, the social-media savvy Herman will take in the draft as a part of the NFL Network's Social Media Command Center.
Herman was one of just five college head coaches to be selected for the NFL Network's coverage of the 2016 NFL Draft, joining Ohio State's Urban Meyer, Notre Dame's Brian Kelly, Stanford's David Shaw and Cal's Sonny Dykes.
