Cougars in the NFL: Week 10

HOUSTON - Houston Football is in the midst of its third and final bye week of the 2014 season, but several Cougars continued to represent the program as Week 10 wrapped in the NFL.
WR Donnie Avery (KC) did not play in the Chiefs' Week 10 victory over the Buffalo Bills as he was ruled out. Next for the 6-3 Chiefs is a Week 11 home game against the Seattle Seahawks.

RB Jackie Battle (TEN) had one 11-yard reception in the Titans' Week 10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Battle and the Titans are set to host the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11.

LS Thomas Gafford (KC) recorded one solo tackle in the Chiefs' Week 10 away win over the Buffalo Bills. Gafford and the Chiefs are scheduled to host the Seattle Seahawks in Week 11.

CB D.J. Hayden (OAK) recorded three tackles and one interception in the Raiders' Week 10 loss to the Denver Broncos. Hayden and the winless Raiders are scheduled to visit the San Diego Chargers in Week 11.

TE Fendi Onobun (JAX) remains on the Reserve/Injured list for the Jacksonville Jaguars. After a Week 10 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys, the Jaguars will be on a bye during Week 11.
