HOUSTON - University of Houston kicker Kyle Bullard has been named a Lou Groza Award Star of the Week the Palm Beach County Sports Commission announced Monday morning. Bullard, who leads the nation with 12 field goals, hit a career-long 51-yard field goal Thursday and set the Houston record for consecutive field goals made with a streak of 18 dating back to the 2013 season.
