Julia Lonnegren Named C-USA Diver of the Week

HOUSTON - Julia Lonnegren has been named the Conference USA Diver of the Week following her sweep of the diving events this past weekend against SMU.
Lonnegren won the 1M (294.38) and 3M (303.90) dives during Houston's dual meet against SMU, earning the Cougars 20 points and helping the Cougars nearly pull off the upset.
This marked the third time this season that she has swept both events during the same meet. Lonnegren has won six 1M and four 3M events this season.
This is Lonnegren's fourth weekly C-USA award this year, and the sixth of her career.
