Sumlin Adds Another Signee to Class of 2011

University of Houston head football coach Kevin Sumlin announced the signing of Blinn Junior College offensive lineman Josh McNeill to a national letter of intent, adding another player to the recruiting Class of 2011.
"Josh is a big body with a lot of athletic ability who will add some much-needed depth to our offensive line," s aid Sumlin. "He has three years to play after redshirting at Blinn so there's time for him to really learn our system and grow."

Junior College: Helped lead Blinn College to an 8-3 record in 2010 ... Played on an offense that ranked fifth in the NJCAA in total offense averaging 422.3 yards per game ... Rushing offense posted 233.0 yards per game, which was seventh best among junior colleges ... Team averaged 39.2 points per game ... Redshirted the 2009 season ... Chose Houston over Purdue ... the first Magnolia High School player in 10 years to receive a scholarship from a major Division-I football school.
