Take a look at how the eight former Cougars fared in week one in the NFL
Jackie Battle, RB, Kansas City Chiefs - Was active and saw minutes but tallied no stats in the Chiefs' 21-14 victory over the San Diego Chargers.
Thomas Gafford, LS, Kansas City Chiefs - Saw action and had two tackles as the long snapper in the Chiefs' 21-14 victory over the San Diego Chargers.
Sebastian Vollmer, OL, New England Patriots - Played and started at right tackle. The Patriots were victorious over the Cincinnati Bengals, 38-24.
Stanford Routt, CB, Oakland Raiders - Played and started for the Raiders at cornerback. He tallied five total tackles (three solo and two assists) and a pass deflection. The Raiders lost to the Tennessee Titans, 38-13.
Kevin Kolb, QB, Philadelphia Eagles - Started at quarterback but left in the third quarter with a concussion. Prior to the injury, he was 5-for-10 for 24 yards. He had one rushing attempt for one yard in the Eagles' 27-20 loss to Green Bay.
Fendi Onobun, TE, St. Louis Rams - Was not active for the Rams' 17-13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Rex Hadnot, G/C , Arizona Cardinals - Was active but did not see the action in the Cardinals', 17-13, over the St. Louis Rams
Donnie Avery, WR, St. Louis Rams - Was placed on injured reserve after suffering a season-ending knee surgery.
