Volleyball Ticket Promotion Announced For Houston Invitational

HOUSTON - The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is asking fans to begin their football tailgating festivities early on Sept. 4 and come to the Athletics/Alumni Center to watch the Cougar volleyball team take on Oklahoma and Tennessee.
The UH volleyball team will play host to the Houston Invitational on Sept. 3-4 and all fans that show a football ticket at the volleyball ticket window will receive a $4 ticket to the tournament on Saturday.
In addition, with both events on Saturday, fans should also be advised that they are to park in lot 16B. Parking will cost $10.
The Houston Invitational begins on Friday. The Cougars will take on Florida State at 6:30 p.m., following a 3:30 p.m. match between Tennessee and Oklahoma.
The tournament will continue on Saturday with four matches. Houston will be in action at noon against Oklahoma and at 7:30 p.m. against Tennessee.
