Football Ticket Mini-Plans on Sale Tuesday Morning

HOUSTON - With the 2010 football season drawing closer, University of Houston Athletics Tickets Office administrators announced that 3-game mini-plans will go on sale at 8 a.m., Tuesday over the telephone, in person or on-line.
Fans can save money off the per game cost by purchasing the mini-plans. Public reserved seating will be $99, while Priority East (Cougar Pride sections) will cost only $149.
Fans have two options (Tulsa Mini-Plan, and Mississippi State Mini-Plan) when choosing and will receive the same great seats for all three games in the mini-plan.
Each 3-game pack includes either the Tulsa or Mississippi State games, either the Texas State or Tulane games and the fans' choices for the third game.
Robertson Stadium has become one of the nation's toughest venues. The Cougars bring a 15-game home winning streak into the 2010 season opener, tying for the country's fourth-longest active streak.
Fans can purchase the mini-plans by calling 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647), by visiting the Athletics Tickets Office on the first floor of the Athletics/Alumni Center from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by clicking the Tickets link at UHCougars.com.

Season tickets are on sale now, and fans are encouraged to purchase soon due to record sales. General admission season tickets in the South End Zone are only $120, while reserved season tickets begin at only $185.
Fans also can choose from a variety of packages, including the Family Plan, which includes two adult and two youth South End Zone General Admission season tickets for only $249. For families with more than four members, additional youth tickets can be purchased for $75 each.
