Volleyball and Soccer Season Tickets On Sale Now

HOUSTON - Season ticket packages are on sale now for the 2009 volleyball and soccer seasons.
Both sports have season ticket packages available for $50, in addition to a Flex Plan purchase. The Flex Plan includes purchasing eight tickets for either soccer or volleyball. Those eight tickets can be used to bring eight people to one game, one person can attend eight games or a combination and the choice is up to the fan.
In addition to the Flex Plan and the season ticket option, the UH Ticket Office is also offering a Dual Sport Season Ticket Package, which helps fans purchase eight soccer tickets and nine volleyball tickets for only $70. The Flex Plan applies to this purchase as well.
The 2009 Houston volleyball season begins on Aug. 28, as the Cougars host the Flo Hyman Invitational at the Athletics/Alumni Center. The Cougars' opening day action includes a 1:30 p.m. match against New Orleans and a 7:30 p.m. contest against Baylor. Houston closes out the tournament on Aug. 29 against Southeastern Louisiana and Indiana.
Soccer opens the 2009 season at Houston Baptist on Aug. 21 before the home opener on Aug. 23 at 1 p.m. against Texas-San Antonio. Following the home contest, UH will play three-straight road games before returning to Robertson Stadium to host Texas State (Sept. 11) and McNeese State (Sept. 13).
