UH To Celebrate Valentine's Day With Ladies Night Promotion

Houston - The University of Houston will celebrate Valentine's Day with a "Ladies Night" promotion at its men's basketball game against the University of South Alabama. All ladies, with or without an escort, will be admitted to the game free of charge.
The game tips off at 7:00 p.m., and features two of the nation's hottest teams. South Alabama enters the contest with a 12-game winning streak and Houston has won seven of its last eight games after beating East Carolina, 83-59, last Saturday night.
Ladies with an escort can purchase tickets for adjoining seats at the door. The additional tickets are $10 and $15. The Ticket Offices at Hofheinz Pavilion open beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tickets to the game also can be purchased in advanced by calling 713-GO COOGS.
