CSTV Announces 2006 Volleyball Programming Schedule

IRVING, Texas - CSTV will once again bring fans the top women's collegiate volleyball action in 2006 with a comprehensive schedule of programming featuring four Conference USA regular season match-ups on tape delay.
The network today announced the fall 2006 NCAA Volleyball on CSTV, AVCA Match of the Week schedule, which includes more than 25 matches and five conference championships including the C-USA championship match on Sunday, Nov. 19. For the second consecutive year, the C-USA Championship match will be aired live on CSTV with the 2006 event taking place at Hofheinz Pavilion in Houston, Texas beginning at 5pm CT.
The first C-USA regular season contest will feature the Cam Henderson Center on the campus of Marshall as the Thundering Herd hosts Tulane on Sunday, Sept. 24. C-USA teams will then be featured on back-to-back Sundays with Tulsa at Memphis on Oct. 15 and Houston at Marshall on Oct. 22. The final regular season game will feature Houston at SMU on Nov. 12. All matches are tape delayed and begin at 5pm CT.
Jason Knapp and Chris McGee will alternate handling play-by-play duties, while Olympic Bronze Medalist Holly McPeak and Tammy Blackburn provide analysis. Veteran broadcaster Anne Marie Anderson will serve as both play-by-play and analyst throughout the season.
