Cougar Volleyball Camp Begins

Houston, Texas - Practice begins tomorrow, Aug. 12, for the 2002 Houston volleyball squad, which looks for its 21st consecutive winning season. Head coach Bill Walton begins his 17th year at the helm and three seniors, Jenny Tanneberger, Donna Sellen, and Jane Anne Karasek, are the key returners.
The Cougars, who posted a 16-11 record last year, are ranked 5th in Conference USA's preseason ranking. The squad opens their season on the road Aug. 30 against Centenary at the Lamar Classic in Beaumont, Texas.
