In her role, Watson will handle various duties such as recruiting travel, marketing, donor relations, budgeting and alumni relations. Most recently, Watson served as Program Manager for the Western Kentucky Men’s Basketball team. Watson spent the 2015-16 year at Tulane as a Program Coordinator at Tulane after a stint at Delgado Community College as an Academic Advisor and Site Testing Coordinator.
Watson graduated from Mississippi State in 2009 and received a master’s in sports administration from Georgia State in 2014. The native of Shreveport, La., interned with both the Atlanta Hawks and the Atlanta Dream while completing her master’s degree.
Watson lives in Houston with her dogs named Tilly and Cali.
