Myyah West enters her second season as the Director of Operations after being promoted to the role following a short stint as Director of Player Development in the Fall of 2022.
West is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the program, including coordinating travel, meals, head coach Ronald Hughey's schedule and recruiting visits.
West spent the 2021-22 season as a graduate assistant on Hughey's staff where Houston made the WNIT for the fourth time in five seasons.
A graduate from Houston, West earned her undergraduate degree in 2019.
