HOUSTON – University of Houston Baseball concluded its series against West Virginia dropping the Sunday finale 11-4 from Don Sanders Field at Darryl and Lori Schroeder Park.

West Virginia (30-4, 10-3 Big 12) hit a trio of home runs and capitalized on a Houston (19-17, 5-10 Big 12) error that netted four unearned runs.

The Cougars scored three runs in the ninth inning on a bases loaded walk and a two-RBI single from junior Brandon Bishop.

UP NEXT
The Cougars wrap up the Silver Glove Series at Rice on Tuesday, looking for its second-straight series sweep at 6:35 p.m. from Reckling Park. Houston then goes on the road to Oklahoma State for a Big 12 Conference series Easter weekend Friday-Sunday.
